Terms of service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the "müni" online store (the "Service") operated by glitterG Inc. (the "Company," "we," "us" or "our").

Please review these Terms and use the Service only if you agree to them.

Article 1. Application

These Terms apply to all relations between us and you concerning the use of the Service and the purchase of products through the Service.

The Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and other rules posted on the Service also form part of these Terms.

Article 2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display the color, texture and shape of our products as accurately as possible.

However, the color and appearance shown on screen may differ from the actual product depending on your device, monitor, display settings, photography conditions and similar factors.

In addition, due to the nature of gel products, color payoff and appearance may vary depending on the amount applied, layering, lighting and method of use.

Returns and exchanges based on these factors are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Article 3. Orders

A contract of sale is formed at the point when you complete the order process on the Service and we accept your order.

Once an order has been completed, we may be unable to accept changes or cancellations made for reasons of customer convenience. Please check the items, quantities, delivery address and other order details carefully before confirming your order.

We may cancel all or part of an order, even after the order has been formed, in the following cases.

• Where a shortage of stock or the discontinuation of a product comes to light
• Where there is a material error in the price, product information or similar
• Where payment is not completed properly
• Where we determine that there is fraudulent use, or a risk of fraudulent use
• Where we otherwise reasonably determine that fulfilling the order is difficult

In such cases, if payment has already been received, we will issue a refund by the method we specify.

Article 4. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, the product prices shown on the Service include consumption tax.

Shipping fees and other necessary charges are shown on the checkout screen or elsewhere on the Service.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes and other charges may arise in addition to the product price and shipping fee. As a rule, these charges are borne by the customer.

Available payment methods are those shown on the checkout screen.

Article 5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timing and delivery methods are as described on the Service.

Estimated delivery dates are approximate. Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances of the carrier, weather, traffic, customs clearance, disasters or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, a prolonged absence, refusal of receipt or other circumstances attributable to you, you may be asked to bear the shipping and other costs required for redelivery.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy established separately by us.

Please check the contents promptly after your order arrives.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within the period and by the method set out in the Refund & Returns Policy.

• Criminal conduct, or conduct related thereto
• Conduct that infringes the copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights of us or of a third party

• Making fraudulent payments, or using a third party's payment method without authorization
• Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service
• Gaining, or attempting to gain, unauthorized access to the Service
• Any other conduct that we reasonably deem inappropriate

Copyrights, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights in the brand names, logos, text, images, photographs, videos, designs and other content posted on the Service belong to us or to third parties holding legitimate rights.

Reproducing, republishing, modifying, distributing, selling or otherwise using such content beyond the scope permitted by law, without our prior permission, is prohibited.

The Service may use services provided by Shopify and other third parties, including payment services and delivery services.

The terms of use established by each provider may apply to such external services.

The Service is provided using Shopify, and your information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers for the purposes of providing the Service, processing payments, maintaining security and other necessary purposes.

Unless otherwise provided by law, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance, by agreement, over any dispute arising between us and you in connection with the Service.
